Apparatus has drum with shells inside, zigzag members forming conduits for transfer of material located along drum joined by their end sections to loading and unloading chambers. Zigzag members come in the form of convex-concave surfaces made up of assemblage of triangles bordering on surfaces of shells. Bases of triangles are linked in succession to outer and inner shells forming walls of conduits. Triangles are tilted towards surfaces of shells at different angles and bends of zigzag members are matched with heights of row of triangles. EFFECT: raised intensity of heat exchange. 1 cl, 5 dwg
