PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security scheme of network for video delivery allowing delivery of a video in real time and at a low cost even if the image is encrypted or decrypted when the video over network. SOLUTION: A video transmission box and a video reception box are mutually provided with a common key word Ai. The video transmission box, after inputting video data and compressing them by MPEG, reads the previously set key word Ai sequentially to make it into the length indicated by the key word when the compressed data was read, and transmits the compressed video data Hi which has been made to be the key word length with the key word at the forefront. The video reception box is equipped with a memory 15 storing a keyword Aip similar (its order is also similar) to the video transmission box. Every time the video reception box receives the keyword Ai and the compressed video data Hi transmitted from the video transmission box, and the key word Ai of the received data matches the read key word Aip, the compressed video data are received by deleting the key word Ai, and are decoded. |
