SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPLAYING AMINO ACID FRAME AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for displaying amino acid frame and a recording medium, with which the amino acid array of high reliability can be efficiently extracted from a cDNA array even when a frame shift error exists in the cDNA array. SOLUTION: In addition to ORF display on each of amino acid frames of the cDNA array, the amino acid information of the cDNA array provided from the comparison of similarity with the known amino acid array is expressed on this frame and simultaneously, start codon likelihood and a coding potential graph are displayed as information on statistically provided ORF. Thus, a frame shift is efficiently detected and by editing the result, the highly accurate amino acid array can be provided.
