PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system facilitating the change and set of a parameter in an image processor and allowing the proper monitoring of the change content, and a parameter setting method therefor. SOLUTION: A parameter to be referred to and changed and set in the image processor 1 is selected from a parameter list used for the formation of an image processing program to form a user screen for the reference and set of the parameter, and user screen information necessary for reconfiguring the formed user screen on the display screen of the image processor 1 is transferred to the image processor 1. In the image processor 1, the user screen information acquired from a program forming device 2 is stored in a user screen memory part 152, the user screen is reconfigured on a display part 17 on the basis of the user screen information read from the user screen memory part 152, and the set of the parameter is performed by use of the user screen by the operation from an input part 16.
