PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the cause of malfunction due to noise and increase in dissipation power on an equipment by a through-current flowing from a power supply terminal to a g round terminal in an output circuit, when the output signal has variations. SOLUTION: A resistance device 11 and 12 are inserted to each of gate input lines of a final output stage transistor 1 and 2 and a transistor 9 and 10 insert parallel to the resistance device 11 and 12, in order to input a signal from an output terminal to each of gate terminals; and when either the final output stage transistor 1 or 2 turns on the final output stage transistor 1 or 2 keeps the gate input line high resistance value and drives slowly and then the gate input line of the final output stage transistor 1 or 2 which turns off becomes the low resistance value by the transistor 9 and 10 and turning off is faster than turning on in the final output stage transistor 1 or 2; and then the through-current, flowing from the power supply terminal to the ground terminal is reduced and by slow driving the turning on the transistor 9 or 10 rapid variation of the signal from the output terminal are reduced, and the noise is reduced.
