SOLUTION: In a Gilbert cell type mixer circuit 3, first and second resistance elements 23 and 24 are inserted and connected in a circuit for supplying a current value of a difference of operating currents of a double balance-connected circuit 1 and a differential amplifier 2 from a power source to an emitter.
