PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic data registration system in which entry of a keyword when registering electronic data and keyword data is facilitated while making both data correspond to each other. SOLUTION: Terminal equipment 1 accepts the registering instruction of electronic data, a handwriting information accepting device 3 accepts handwriting information and an electronic data registering device 2 makes keyword data recognized from the handwriting information correspond to electronic data related to the registering instruction and registers both data. Besides, when the registering instruction is accepted, a sheet output device 3 outputs a sheet for inputting the handwriting information and the handwriting information accepting device 3 accepts the handwriting information described on the sheet. Besides, a registering processing result output device 3 outputs the result of registering processing by means of the electronic data registering device 2.
