<p>A connector apparatus (30) for installation around a cable connections (22), including a neck portion (32) having a series of raised ridges (36) which help one grasp the connector (30). There is an enlarged body portion (42) which includes a large opening (46) which connects to the neck portion (32) via neck area (48). One end portion (50) engages around the interior surface of the cable (22), while a second end includes a sealing lip (54), so that when the connector (30) is slid over the cable connection, the lip (54) flexes and seals around the connection point (16) disallowing moisture from entering the connection (22).</p> |
