The portable storage device comprises a dimensionally stable case with a base and an open end sealable with a lid. A dimensionally stable roll (5) attachable to a cloth (6) can be inserted into the case, the cloth having a length greater than the roll circumference so that it can be wound one or more times around the roll. One or more items of clothing are laid on top of the unrolled cloth, which is then wound back around the roll before placing the latter inside the case. |
