SOLUTION: A product-order-reception side system 200 makes a product manufacturing plan according to previously set contents of delivery of a specific quantity of products of a specific kind to a product ordering side in a specific period and at a product manufacturing factory 300, the products are manufactured according to the product manufacturing plan. Further, a product-ordering side system 100 informs the product-order-reception side system 200 of delivery instruction such as the delivery destination of the products according to the set contents and the product-order-reception side system 200 informs the product manufacturing factory 300 of the shipment instruction for the products. The product manufacturing factor 300 ships the products manufactured according to the product manufacturing plan according to the shipment instruction.
