PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of support service for system monitoring and operating to combine organically an object system 10, a server 12 used by a maintenance person, a server 14 used by a system developer and a server 16 used by a system manager with a server 18 for service providing. SOLUTION: In the method, more than one object system 10 transmits each operational history data and each trouble history data to the server 18 at a predetermined period, the server 12 transmits maintenance data of the object systems 10. The server 18 creates respective databases of the operational history data, the trouble history data and the maintenance data at every object system 10 to transmit automatically the operational history data to the server 12. The server 14, 16 also perform data deliveries and receipt to the server 18 automatically. |
