PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of obtaining answers from many travel agencies by making an application after inputting the desired conditions of a customer (where to travel, when to travel, how many days to travel, how many people to travel and the like), and also capable of coping with the sales of an urgent tour, the acquisition of a discounted ticket and the like. SOLUTION: This system has an administration server equipped with a database and connected to a customer terminal and a travel agency terminal through a network. The administration server is provided with a classifying and recording means to classify and record information desired to obtain transmitted from the travel agency terminal, an analyzing and collating means to analyze inquiry information transmitted from the customer terminal and collating it with the information desired to obtain recorded in the database to pick up a corresponding travel agency, and an information notifying means to transmit the inquiry information to the travel agency terminal picked up by the analyzing and collating means. Thereby, in this system for intermediating and guiding a travel, when the inquiry information about the desired conditions of the customer is transmitted from the customer terminal, information about a field where the inquiry information belongs to is notified to the terminal of a desired travel agency as the inquiry information. |
