PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a power saving function without damaging software productivity. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment has a microcomputer which has the power saving function and also controls the performance state of a plurality of tasks by a real time operation system, and uses a (#82) real time operating system for making the microcomputer to be in a power saving state with a task having the lowest execution priority among the plurality of tasks controlled by the real time operating system.
