<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure a working space in addition to the installation space of a device and to allow other persons to easily and visually recognize the display screen such as a monitor even while an operator performs work. SOLUTION: In this information processing system, a liquid crystal monitor 54 is provided on the lower face side of a top plate 34 made of a visually recognizable transparent member, and its display screen is brought into contact with the lower face of the top plate 34. Thus, no device exists on the upper face side of the top plate 34 and the space on the top plate 34 can be used as the working space. The monitor 54 can be adjusted at any optional angle and is set to a position where the operator visually recognizes the monitor 54 most easily when the operator performs work. When the persons other than the operator are allowed to look at the monitor 54, the persons other than the operator can easily and visually recognize the display screen by making the display screen almost parallel to the lower face of the top plate.</p> |
