<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide services meeting customer's needs as to a delivery specifying method, a delivery information processor, and a recording medium. SOLUTION: This delivery specifying method for a home-delivered load has a procedure for transmitting customer information and load information inputted on a customer side (e.g. PC 11) to a deliverer side (e.g. delivery information processor 13A), a procedure for generating multiple delivery menus by the deliverer side according to the customer information and load information and transmitting and presenting the delivery menus to a customer side, a procedure for allowing the customer to select a desired delivery menu out of the presented delivery menus and reporting the selection result from the customer side to the deliverer side, and a procedure for making the deliverer side determine delivery conditions according to the selection result.</p> |
