PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer that is easy for senior citizens and the handicapped to operate and an instruction system for computer operations. SOLUTION: The computer features a numeric character display device that displays each numeric character (13a) being assigned to each key (3) of a keyboard (1) in regular sequence and software that enables the computer to process pre-determined actions if the key assigned for the specified numeric character is pushed.
