Front end of hose is turned and secured to flange. Pressurized working agent is fed into cavity of chamber; hose at turning out process is laid into pipeline. Tore is introduced inside hose; said tore is moved along pipeline by action of pressure of working agent in order to spread hose and to force it to inner surface of tube. Tore envelope is electrically conductive, it is heated when electric current is applied to it. In the result outer layer of thermoplast hose is melted for sizing it to pipeline surface.
