PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent outputting an item of information that a user does not want to be known about by others when the information from a host computer is processed and the outputting of print or the like is performed. SOLUTION: The user, for instance, designates, from a printer driver, a character, a symbol or the like for identifying the item A of information that he wants to delete. An information processing part 11 of the information output system searches the information sent from the host computer 20 for the character, the symbol or the like that the user has designated, and confirms that the front-end part and the end part of the item A of information are appropriately selected. If the item A of information is appropriately selected, the information processing part 11 deletes the item A of information, conveys the remained items of information to a print processing part 13 to print out them. Thereby, the user can easily conceal the item A of information in outputting with the item A of information recorded in the original information. |
