PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the duty ratio of a rectangular wave signal deviating sharply from 1:1 and the rectangular wave signal cannot be used as a clock signal when the threshold voltage of an inverter 1 is deviated from that of an inverter 2 or the load capacity of an output terminal 5 is large. SOLUTION: The waveform shaping circuit is provided with a p-channel transistor 27 connected between an output terminal 15 and a power supply 25, and allowed to be turned on/off by a rectangular wave S inverted by an inverter 24, and an n-channel transistor 28 connected between the output terminal 15 and the ground 26, and allowed to be turned on/off by a rectangular wave T generated by a rectangular wave shaping circuit 23. |
