PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermo-siphon type cooler comprising a configuration surely roughening the boiling face of an inside even in the configuration using an extruded mold by decreasing the connection parts of components and making the structure the simple configuration. SOLUTION: A prescribed opening part is provided in an evaporation part joining the extruded mold constituting a plurality of passages in the form of one plate by friction stirring welding(FSW) as a structure directly connecting a condensation part and the evaporation part, and a perforated brazing sheet is sandwiched by the condensation part into a T-shape to be brazed and directly joined. Thus, a joining header tank does not exist and the cooler has high strength and reliability. In addition, the passage in the evaporation part roughens the inside face being the boiling face by acid etching. |
