PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose a cause on a ground station side, when a process is forcedly interrupted for an extended period after an abnormal process occurs during the process of a mounted program, to process a correct part except for an abnormal process part with no interruption, and to re-process, when the abnormal process part restored to a correct state after a short period. SOLUTION: A normal termination register is provided for each process of the program stored and is performed, in an electronic calculator of a data transmission device, and each time the process terminates normally, the register value is reset. The register value is monitored at a ground station, to confirm the operation of mounted program. The value of the normal termination register is checked before each process of the mounted program, to avoid carrying out abend process. With an abend counter provided, its value is checked before each process of the mounted program, so that a process is resumed when a temporary abend process is restored to a correct state.
