PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk reproducing device capable of simply performing the high-precision adjustment of a guiding means guiding the feed of an optical pickup. SOLUTION: Light is irradiated from the optical pickup 15a to an optical disk mounted on a turntable 13, and information reproduction can be performed by reading the reflected information in this optical disk reproducing device 10, which is provided with a base chassis 11, a driving means 12 fitted to the base chassis 11 to rotate the turntable 13 mounted with the optical disk, the optical pickup 15a for reading the information recorded on the optical disk, a guiding means 16 guiding the sliding of the optical pickup 15a against the rotation center direction of the turntable 13 and the driving means 12, and a bracket 26 supporting one end side of the guiding means 16, with its fitting position to the base chassis 11 made variable.
