摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active magnetic vibration controller of simple constitution using a minimum number of electromagnets so as to solve the problem that a conventional vibration base device having many devices arranged is frequently a very large-scale one and there is therefore hindrance to the transmission of smooth motion. SOLUTION: One permanent magnet is fixed to an object to be controlled and three electromagnets with their axes directed in two horizontal directions (X and Y directions) orthogonal to a base where the object to be controlled is mounted and a perpendicular direction (Z direction) respectively. Vibration behavior sensors measures the vibration behaviors of the controlled object and base respectively and the intensity and directions of currents supplied to the respective electromagnets are automatically controlled in real time according to the measurement results. Active vibration control over the controlled object becomes possible and the device constitution can be made very simple.
