PURPOSE: Provided is a thermal energy storage material consisting of mixture of H2O, NaCl and thickener which has a relatively large storage capacity and an inexpensive cost, and which is eco-friendly. CONSTITUTION: The thermal energy storage material is prepared by increasing molarity of NaCl up to 0.5-2.5 so as to adjust a phase change temperature up to -1.5 deg.C to -8 deg.C, and adding 2-5% of thickener to a mixture of existing thermal storage material, H2O and NaCl so as to stabilize heat characteristics of the existing thermal storage material. |
