PURPOSE: Provided is a can for drinks which needs weaker strength to open the upper part of the can and in which sanitary aspects are considered when drinking. CONSTITUTION: The can comprises: a body; a top cover part(120) located at the top side of the body of the can; a downward opening device which is shaped at the top of the top cover part(120) and revolves downward with downward opening part(122) after it revolves a certain degree; and a hinge part(150) which fixes the above top cover part(120) and the above downward part in one body and acts as hinge when the above downward opening part is pressed down with strength.
