<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying method capable of increasing a dehumidifying amount by lowering the lowest dew point temperature of a device to the proximity of 0 deg.C. SOLUTION: Moisture in air stream is dehumidified by condensing the same on the surface of an evaporator 12 so as to show the shape of water drops. In order to condense the moisture in air on the surface of the evaporator 12 so as to show the shape of water drops, a method wherein a preheater 11, constituted by dividing a condenser, is arranged at the upstream side of air stream in the evaporator 12 to raise the temperature of air passing through the evaporator 12 by the preheater 11 is preferable. According to this method, the condensing load of the condensers 11, 13 is reduced whereby a condensing temperature is lowered and an evaporating temperature is also lowered. Accordingly, a temperature difference between the air stream and the surface of evaporator is increased whereby the condensation of moisture into the shape of water drops is promoted and the amount of dehumidification can be improved.</p> |
