PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method between floor panels capable of coping with the configuration of a wood unit without expending much man-hour in execution, providing a floor with sufficient rigidity, and preventing the deterioration by the rain and wind. SOLUTION: In this joining method 10 of the floor panels in the configuration 1 of the execution of this invention, pins 14 are fixed on different positions on opposite side faces of joists 13, 15 forming adjacent floor panels 2A, 2B, and each pin has a shaft part 14a between two discs 14b. Wood units 1A, 1B are installed adjacent to each other, and then fastening fittings 11 having engagement parts 12 are fitted to both pins 14 to join the floor panels to each other from upper face sides of the floor panels 2A, 2B.
