PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous resin emulsion widely applicable as various coating materials such as an inorganic material, film, etc., and as aqueous materials such as a binder for an adhesive, ink, binder for a coating, etc., and having strong film strength, cohesive strength, chemicals resistance, and smoothness. SOLUTION: This bonded resin is synthesized by simultaneously crosslinking a polyester, polycarbonate, and polycaprolactone urethane with the combined use of an organic crosslinking agent and a metal crosslinking agent.
