PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize driving of swash plate control servos. SOLUTION: In roll control, a roll control signal RI is separated and converted at a control quantity regulating circuit FR into a roll servo drive control variable and a corrective pitch servo drive control variable, and these are offset-corrected by an offset correcting circuit OR to be outputted as a servo control signal converted into a roll servo control variable RR and a servo control signal converted into a corrective pitch servo control variable RC. The roll servo control signal and the corrective pitch servo control signal are sent to an adder to be added to output signals of a pitch control signal and a corrective pitch control signal, and these are synchronized at a synchronizing circuit DR, thereby a roll servo control output SR, a pitch servo output SP, and a corrective pitch servo output SC are outputted to respective servo devices at the same timing.
