PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a stable pre-treatment quality and reduce a reagent usage, quantity of rinse water, and cost for waste water treatment, in a pre-treatment process for plating, through preventing a lowering in concentration of plating solution and a depression of rinsing efficiency. SOLUTION: Pre-treatment equipment for plating comprises a mechanism capable of rotating an article such as a cylinder on a treating tank, in a transferring device to transfer the article to a next process after discharging a treating solution.
