PURPOSE: A structure for mounting a rear seat cushion is provided to easily disassemble a seat cushion, reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components, and to prevent inflow of dust and noise of a lower end of a floor panel by maintaining a sealing condition. CONSTITUTION: A structure for mounting a rear seat cushion includes a hole(36) and an elastic hook part(22). The hole is formed in a body(34) of a grommet(30) mounted on a seat fixing panel connected with a floor panel. The elastic hook part is formed at a seat cushion wire(20) attached to a lower portion of a seat cushion(4) to prevent the movement of a seat by being hooked to the hole of the grommet. The elastic hook part is formed at a free end of the wire to move freely, and the other end of the wire is fastened to the lower portion of the seat cushion.
