PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas capillary array for analyzing DNA that can prevent transmission factor of a laser beam with respect to a gas capillary from decreasing, when conducting electrophoresis DNA analysis, and to provide the manufacturing method of the gas capillary array. SOLUTION: A plurality of arrays of the gas capillary 20 for analyzing DNA, that are orientated perpendicular are arranged in a line, in the horizontal direction at a pitch of 0.35 mm. The gas capillary 20 has a rectangular sectional shape, and has a thin inner hole 21, whose section is in a rectangular shape on the longitudinal axis. The longer sides of each sectional shape of the gas capillary 20 and the inner hole 21 are in parallel with each other, and the longer sides are aligned in the direction of the array of the gas capillary 20. The plurality of gas capillaries 20 are integrated by a resin adhesive 22 at an intermediate-level fluorescence analysis section to compose the gas capillary array 23. |
