PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the joint portion of a pipe coupling from impact force from the outside, and also to make the pipe coupling compact and lightweight. SOLUTION: This pipe coupling comprises a first pipe coupling member 12, a second pipe coupling member 14 jointed to the first pipe coupling member 12, a sleeve 16 mounted to the jointed portion of the first and second pipe coupling members 12, 14 and made to joint and release these first and second pipe coupling members 12, 14, a spring member by which the first and second pipe coupling members 12, 14 are made to urge the sleeve 16 in the direction where they are jointed with each other and a protective member protecting the sleeve 16. |
