PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition providing a cured product having antistatic performances, scarcely sticking dust and having good wet-heat resistance. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) a urethane compound which is a reactional product of (a) a bis(2-hydroxyethyl)taurine quaternary ammonium salt with (b) 2-isocyanatoethyl methacrylate and (B) an unsaturated group-containing compound other than the component (A).
