<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reclaiming a lower grade oil in waste cooking oil, so as to have the quality more than equivalent to higher grade reclaimed oil and to provide printing ink which has printability more than equivalent to the conventional performance using the reclaimed oil as a material as well as attempting an effective use of waste oil and reducing the load to environment. SOLUTION: The printing ink is characterized by using reclaimed vegetable oil as a material, whose acid value becomes 0.5 or less is reclaimed by the deoxidation process and deodorizing process in addition to a conventional reclaiming process such as filtration or the like.</p> |
