PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner having good electrification property and fixing property and excellent heat-resistant storage property and productivity. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains toner particles containing at least a binder resin, a coloring agent and a modified hydrocarbon resin, more particularly a resin prepared by copolymerizing a hydrocarbon resin with an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound.
