PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely estimate the conductor temperature of a line, related to a power cable line installed at a conduit line, even if the periphery of the conduit line is complex in shape, comprising parts of different material, or a load current changes continuously. SOLUTION: With the use of a finite element method, the heat transfer characteristics between conduit lines is approximated with an RC equivalent circuit of a thermal resistor R and a thermal capacity C while a capable heating amount which changes with lamps of time is used as a calorific value of the finite element method. |
