PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assaying a wide variety of organic chlorine compounds such as PCB(polychlorinated biphenyl) and dioxin by an enzymic immunoassay method in place of conventional complicated assaying methods. SOLUTION: A succinimide ester expressed by a general expression (where, R1 is chlorine atom or a phenyl group, R2 and R3 are each hydrogen atom or chlorine atom, and m is an integer from 5 to 7) is bonded to a carrier protein and changed to a solid phase, thus an organic chlorine compound can be assayed by the enzymic immunoassay method.
