PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electromagnetic flowmeter capable of reducing a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic flowmeter provided with an electrode part provided on a measuring pipe, and a lining body provided on the inner peripheral face of the measuring pipe, the lining body provided in only a prescribed range capable of holding a function by making the electrode part substantially central is provided.
