PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating ease of an electric lock control device which releases/sets an electric lock mounted on a door by using an ID tag in which a code for recognizing a particular person is recorded. SOLUTION: According to the electric lock control device, the ID tag 2 is read by a reading means 5 whenever the ID tag 2 is operated, and the result of reading is recorded in an entering-room/leaving-room recording means 6, whereby the ID tag 2 is continuously operated. With respect to transmission of a control signal for releasing/setting the electric lock 4, whenever a predetermined period of time Ts which is set as a duration at least required for the electric lock 4 to respond, elapses, contents stored in the entering-room/ leaving-room recording means 6 are read out, and it is determined whether or the lock should be released or set, depending on a hysteresis of entry to the room and leaving from the room. Then, a control signal is transmitted to the electric lock 4, based on the determination.
