PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust vibration control effects without the need for time or labor and to facilitate the speedy formation of vibration control walls high in reinforcing effects. SOLUTION: In the vibration control wall in which a reinforcing part 4 is formed in a frame provided with a pair of beams 2 provided at a vertical interval and columns 1 provided over the pair of beams 2, the reinforcing part 4 is comprised of a plurality of long members 5. Each long member 5 is arranged along a wall surface. Both end parts of each long member 5 are separately joined to the beams 2 or the columns 1. The long members 5 are connected to one another by connecting members 6 in such a way as to freely transfer bending moment.
