PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous-footing structure by a dry construction method in which a decorative panel can be installed by easily aligning at a fixed height position easily on the surface of a continuous footing. SOLUTION: Oblong linear rail members 2 are mounted and fixed onto the surface of the continuous footing 1, a plurality of connecting members 5 are engaged and disposed and fixed into oblong linear recessed grooves 4 formed to the rear of the decorative panel 3, each connecting member 5 is fitted to the rail members 2, and the decorative panel 3 is secured onto the surface of the continuous-footing 1.
