PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate film for a first-aid adhesive plaster which has an elongation recovery factor in a suitable range, does not cause a feeling of tight fastening, and gives a first-aid adhesive plaster which causes a good feeling when applied. SOLUTION: This substrate film is prepared from a polyolefin resin comprising (A) a block or graft copolymer at least containing a polypropylene component and an ethylene-propylene copolymer component and having a melt flow rate in the range of 0.1-3 g/10 min and (B) an ethylene-butylene random copolymer having a melt flow rate in the range of 1-10 g/10 min, provided (a) the amount of elution of the polyolefin resin by the cross fractionation method at 10 deg.C or lower is 25-45 wt.%; (b) that at higher than 10 deg.C but 70 deg.C or lower is 30-60 wt.%; (c) that at higher than 70 deg.C but 95 deg.C or lower is 0-20 wt.%; and (d) that at higher than 95 deg.C but 125 deg.C or lower is 8-15 wt.%. Preferably, the film is prepared from a polyolefin resin composition prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. above-mentioned polyolefin resin with 5-30 pts.wt. filler.
