PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass panel which is hardly damaged by suppressing the progress of fine cracks formed in a part cut with a cutter when produced. SOLUTION: The glass panel is arranged to have a pair of plate glasses 1 formed by cutting with the cutter with forming a gap V in between the plate glasses facing opposite to each other, and seals the gap V by adhesion of peripheral ends of the plate glasses 1A, 1B with a sealing member 4 having a low melting point, and at least one plate glass of the plate glasses 1A, 1B is arranged to make the part 10 cut with the cutter face to the atmospheric air side opposite to the gap V side.
