OIL PAN CLEANING DEVICE FOR ESCALATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan cleaning device for periodically and automatically cleaning an oil pan of an escalator. SOLUTION: A pair of guide rails 10 are provided inside an oil pan 40. A guide roller 12 is fitted to both ends of a sweeper 14 for collecting the foreign material of the oil pan to an end of the oil pan, and these guide rollers 12 are inserted into the guide rails 10 freely to be rolled. The sweeper 14 is held freely to be moved along an oil reservoir bottom surface part 40a of the oil pan 40. The foreign material such as the dust heaped on the oil reservoir bottom surface 40a of the oil pan 40 in an area between the pair of guide rails 10 can be collected to the end of the oil pan.
