PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivering device for a bulk material capable of preventing a pulsation discharge of the bulk material. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a horizontal table 4 provided at a bottom part of a storage tank 2 of the bulk material 1, a delivering groove 5 opened in the horizontal table 4, an angle-shaped member 6 which covers an upper side of the delivering groove 5, is arranged with a prescribed distance from the horizontal table 4 and inclines and stabilizes the bulk material 1 at a angle of repose on the horizontal table 4, a truck 10 which is stored within the angle-shaped member 6 and moves along the delivering groove 5, a rotary paddle 8 which is provided on the truck 10, is rotated between the horizontal table 4 and the angle-shaped member 6, cuts the inclined and stabilized bulk material 1 on the horizontal table 4 and drops the bulk material 1 from the delivering groove 5, a hopper 17 which is suspended on the truck 10 and temporarily stores the bulk material 1 dropped from the delivering groove 5, a gate 25 provided at a discharge port 22 of the hopper 17 so as to adjust the opening area, an actuator 26 for driving the gate 25 and a conveyor 23 arranged on a lower side of the discharge port 22.
