PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To float an object in a stable condition even if power supply of vibrators is used in common when levitating the object using a plurality of vibration systems. SOLUTION: An object levitating and conveyance device 1 is provided with two long vibration bodies 2a, 2b arranged in parallel. Each horn 4a tightened at one end of the vibration bodies 2a, 2b is fixed to the vibrator 5 for excitation using a magnetostrictive vibrator 7 using a super magnetostostrictive material. Each horn 4b tightened at the other end of the vibration bodies 2a, 2b is fixed to the vibrator 6 for energy conversion. Each vibrator 5 is connected with common AC power supply 9. The vibrator 6 is provided with a piezo element, which is connected with a load circuit 17 composed of resistance R and a coil L. Each vibrator 5, 6 is provided with an adjusting means provided with the piezo element and an external impedance 14 to adjust resonance frequency of vibration systems.
