PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a wire harness from being pulled when a slide door is opened and closed. SOLUTION: This power supply device for slide door comprises a guide rail 51 installed on a slide door side and a slider 56 engaged slidably with the guide rail. The intermediate part of the wire harness 54 is fixed to the slider, and one side of the wire harness is laid to the slide door side and the other is laid from the slider to a vehicle body side. The slider 56 is connected to the vehicle body 8 through a connection member 21 to stop the movement of the slider by the connection member. The connection member 21 is a flexible cable. A ring part 24 is proved at both ends of the flexible cable 21, and the ring part at one end is connected to the slider 56 and the ring part at the other end is connected to the vehicle body 8 rotatably in circumferential direction. The connection member 21 is straightness when the slide door 1 is fully opened. The crossover part 75 of the wire harness 54 is loosened more than the connection member when the slide door 1 is fully opened.
