PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy of an oscillating actuator. SOLUTION: The table 2, mounting two angular-contact ball bearings 43, 44 as a ball-and-roller bearing by a table cap screw 42, is assembled pinchingly into an actuator body 1. Accordingly, with such a structure clamping force can be applied to the angular-contact bearings 43, 44 by the tightening torque of the table cap screw 42, and the table 2 can be reliably assembled, so that accuracy of the oscillating actuator can be enhanced.
