WHITE SMOKE PREVENTION METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GAS TURBINE EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white smoke prevention apparatus for gas turbine equipment capable of preventing white smoke from occurring at the outlet of a smokestack even when an exhaust gas contains a large amount of water by a water spray or steam spray, and also provide a method therefore. SOLUTION: This gas turbine equipment is provided with a gas turbine device 22 injecting water or steam inside, an exhaust heat recovery device 24 for generating steam by recovering heat from a high temperature exhaust gas discharged from the gas turbine device, and the smokestack 26 for discharging outside a low temperature exhaust gas from the exhaust heat recovery device. The white smoke prevention method comprises mixing a part of high temperature exhaust gas from the gas turbine device 22 while bypassing the exhaust heat recovery device 24 with the low temperature exhaust gas therefrom, and thereby elevating the temperature of exhaust gas from the stack to a temperature region at which white smoke does not occur.
